You all know Really Big Show...

...now meet Rich's other children. His son Half-Time and daughter Laser Light!

Speaking of really big shows, we (the Wump) are going to rock the Mad Rock Pub this Saturday! That's December 3rd for all you calenderists out there. The show is free and starts at 9:30, so you have nothing to lose but lose itself! We're coming out swinging, so you probably want to get a front row seat early.

One brand new song will most likely be on display that night, just for you!!! It's called Baby Suck and it's a blues song (I guess). Lots of other newish tunes and old classics will spew from the four-pronged silo demon that is we. So call a loved one and book a ticket with Wumpus Airlines.

If I was Rich I'd name my next kid Nudy.

Hey, just so you people know, I started a new blog.

It's called "You Think You Know Bubble Up?"

You should check it out, because it's going to be useful.

It's going to tell you about good things.

Noel the Shemale

This guy Noel the Shemale is ruling my world right now. I'll put my patented "copy and paste" link below.

You should know that I've already ordered his debut album and it will be here shortly. I do think his music sounds like Pure Genius....I do. And Wesley and Ween maybe too.

there are days....

... when i wake up angry. nothing serious, just annoyed by some subconscious ditty or another. today wasn't one of them. i bounded out of bed, put on some java, and about spilled it in my lap. allow me to explain in more detail:

i woke up at the crack of 16:00 (don't hate me, i work in the middle of the night), and started my normal routine of wading through the webpages in my favorites category. i have a folder for blogs, and in there is a link to 'clean cut kid', the work of an informed leftist right here in our red state. normally this blog is about the nasty doings of the local political right, and makes for some interesting fun in a shake-yer-fist sort of way.

today, i couldn't believe my red, unfocused eyes. i believe i began to understand, in small part, the term "recovering catholic", and what it could and/or may portend.

in today's world, so full of entirely needless suffering, i would hope that the church would be a beacon, an ages old place of sanctuary where people could get the help -spiritual and otherwise- that they need to move forward. conversely, i feel it has become something else altogether. shame on you, father christensen.

USF Young Republicans and Amway raked my yard!

For free, I might add.

How sweet is that?

That was two days ago. It still makes me giggle a little when I think about not having to rake.

I am also sad to say that I will miss WEESL this weekend. Next weekend we will add archery to the mix. If you think a .177 pellet ricochet is scary... just wait!
